  • Palm Jebel Ali is an island development by Nakheel in Dubai, with a masterplan approved by the Ruler of Dubai in May 2023 as part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
  • The island spans seven islands with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
  • The island covers 13.4 square kilometres, twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, and adds approximately 110 kilometres of coastline.
  • The masterplan provides beachside homes for approximately 35,000 families and more than 80 hotels and resorts.
  • The masterplan sets a target of 30 per cent of the island's energy requirements from renewable sources.
