01About these terms
NITARYA is the brand of Nitarya Global LLP, which also trades as Nitarya Global. In these pages, “NITARYA”, “Nitarya Global”, “we” and “us” all mean Nitarya Global LLP.
These terms apply when you use nitaryaglobal.com and the information on it. By using the website, you accept them.
When you engage NITARYA for a piece of work, we agree its scope, fees and terms with you in writing. Those written terms govern the engagement and take priority over these website terms if the two differ.

The website, including our guides, place pages, insights and published evaluations, gives general decision context. It is not advice for your particular person, property, transaction or date.
Laws, ownership rules, taxes, costs and market conditions change. Each fact we publish shows its source and the date we last checked it. Before you act, confirm the current position for your situation with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
03What NITARYA does and does not do
NITARYA researches, organises and explains the evidence behind a property or global-living decision, and identifies the questions a licensed specialist should answer.
NITARYA does not give legal, tax, immigration, valuation, engineering or regulated financial advice, and does not issue conclusions in those areas. Where your decision needs one, we can help you engage an appropriately qualified professional, who gives their advice directly to you and is responsible for it.
04How NITARYA is paid
Clients pay NITARYA the fees agreed in writing for each engagement.
Commissions and success fees. Where a developer, broker or other party offers one, NITARYA may receive a commission, referral fee or success fee in connection with a property transaction.
If such a payment could arise from a property, project or party connected with your engagement, we will tell you before you proceed. You remain free to decide whether to proceed, and to seek a second opinion.
We report the evidence we find, including concerns and gaps, whether or not a payment of this kind is involved.
05Evaluations and research on this website
Published evaluations and place pages reflect the sources available on the date shown. They may not cover every risk, and they do not replace a review of the specific property, documents and counterparties in your transaction.
06Links, sources and booking pages
We link to official sources, publishers and service providers so that you can check what we cite. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Our booking pages are provided by TidyCal, whose own terms apply when you book.
07Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with how it works, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.
When you send us information, make sure it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, especially information about other people.
