01Who we are and how to reach us
NITARYA is the brand of Nitarya Global LLP, which also trades as Nitarya Global. In these pages, “NITARYA”, “Nitarya Global”, “we” and “us” all mean Nitarya Global LLP.
We help people evaluate cross-border property and global-living decisions. Nitarya Global LLP decides why and how the personal information described here is used, so it is responsible for that information.

02What this notice covers
This notice covers personal information you give us, or that we receive about you, when you:
- visit nitaryaglobal.com or send us an enquiry;
- book a call with us;
- become a client, including when you use My NITARYA, our client area;
- answer an information request we send you as a developer, broker, partner or other professional.
A written engagement with you may add terms about a specific piece of work. Where it does, those terms apply alongside this notice.
03What we collect

Please share only what the work needs. Do not send passport or identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive records unless we ask for them for a specific step. If you share information about other people, such as family members, please make sure they know.
04Why we use it
We use your information only for the purpose it was given for:
- To respond to your enquiry or booking, and to decide with you whether and how we can help.
- To carry out the work you engage us for, including research, evaluations, reports and coordinating specialists you approve.
- To communicate with you about that enquiry or work.
- To keep our services and records secure, and to detect and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting, tax and lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and we do not send you marketing unless you have separately chosen to receive it. If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask you first.
05Your consent and how to withdraw it
We rely on your consent, which you give by a clear action such as ticking the box on a form or confirming in My NITARYA. Each consent is for a stated purpose. We keep a record of when you gave it and which version of this notice applied.
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing admin@nitaryaglobal.com. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before, but we may no longer be able to continue the related work.
Where the law allows us to use information without consent, for example to comply with a legal obligation, we use it only for that purpose.
07Information stored outside India
Our database is hosted in Japan, and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States. Indian law permits this except to countries the Government restricts. We choose established providers that commit to protecting the information they process for us.
08How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become an engagement: kept for at least two years from our last contact, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. We review these records after one year. Before any record is removed from our systems, we flag it for review. A copy may be moved to a secure offline archive, kept only for record-keeping and permanently deleted no later than three years after it is archived.
- Client records and documents: kept for the length of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations or to answer questions about our work.
- Information request answers: kept while the related research or engagement is active, then reviewed in the same way as enquiries.
- Security and access records: kept for as long as needed to protect our services and meet legal requirements.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see your rights.
09How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the NITARYA staff who need it, section by section. Client documents are kept in private storage that only the client and authorised staff can open. Information travels between your browser and our services over encrypted connections, and changes to client records are logged.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.
10Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete information we no longer need, or that you no longer want us to use, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent for any purpose;
- resolve a complaint about how we have handled your information;
- recognise a person you nominate to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to act.
Email admin@nitaryaglobal.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will respond as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
11Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you, and where the purpose changes we will ask for your consent again.
