Where it is.

Phase II of the Hessa Street Development Project includes a 780-metre bridge with three lanes in each direction providing entry to and exit from Al Khamila Street to Jumeirah Village Circle.
Phase II also includes a 480-metre two-lane tunnel for traffic from Jumeirah Village Circle towards Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and a 680-metre two-lane ramp from Jumeirah Village Circle to Hessa Street towards Al Khail Road.
