The Dubai Metro station formerly named Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) Metro Station was renamed DMCC Metro Station from 1 September 2018.
The Roads and Transport Authority lists Jumeirah Lakes Towers among the 10 residential and development areas served by Phase II of the Hessa Street Development Project, which it states serves approximately 650,000 residents.
