Where it is.

RTA announced that Expo 2020 Station, the elevated terminal of the Route 2020 extension of the Dubai Metro Red Line, would open on 1 June 2021, initially for authorised personnel only, with public service from 1 October 2021.
RTA gave the journey time between Al Rashidiya Station and Expo 2020 Station as 1 hour 14 minutes.

Law No. (14) of 2022, issued on 7 July 2022, established a zone named Expo City Dubai and a public authority, the Expo City Dubai Authority, with legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy.
The zone's location, area and boundaries are those shown on the maps attached to the Law.
